He came out to the house brought samples of all of the options, was very up front and transparent about the pricing with no pressure to buy the more expensive options, he just gave all the pros and cons of each alternative based on his many years of experience. I bought a house in Saint Augustine 9 years ago. Bill Turner was recommended by a friend. We started with night shades for the bedroom and then proceeded to install plantation shutters on the rest of the windows. Bill was always prompt, great installations, very clean workmanship.
